Why is no one going to be charged with murder regarding the Walmart stampeding death?

Most of those people should be charged with manslaughter at least or sentenced to community service. I thought stores like this had video cameras?

so then aren’t they really the same thing. a premeditated murder is a targeted murder. high profile or not, it is still the taking of a persons life, right? murder is murder, right?
so is a mob “hit” an assassination or a murder?
an “unintended murder” is called manslaughter. i think my question is clear as to the difference between a murder and an assassination.
