Any ideas for music for a murder mystery detective game?

Does anyone know any music that could be background music for my murder mystery dectective game? I don’t want any vocals in it. Something like the Pink Panther Theme? It’s a victorian, red hotel sort of place. Also can it be not that boring but not too 21st centery? Thanks.

   “Good Enough” by Evanescence. The track is sort of split; the first minute or so is instrumental, and then the song changes and vocals are added around 0:58. The video’s just to show you how it sounds.
