umm. ask everyone to chip in for the party.

I throw these parties at least twice a year. It’s all free for me, and I keep it realistic. All you need are your friends, an unwitting hobo and a hammer.

All i can think is you would have your friends and family play the parts and you’d just make or create your own costumes and write your own script. There isn’t a company that would do it for free.
