    i wouldnt make it a whole thing and make people play
    i would say like on the food table or at the door have like the story of what happened and then the people who want to play can play and set clues and stuff around ur house or the party area for people who want to play. and then they can come to u and tell u who they think it is with what weapon and if theyre right u give them a prize (i.e starbucks gift card or itunes gift card for the winner, i would say about 15-20 dollars) for those who even partcipated i would give them like 5-10 dollar gift cards, so that will make more people want to play
