How will a certain videotape affect the Caylee Anthony murder case?

If this is true, then there is no way a jury could convict Casey Anthony no matter how much we believe she killed her daughter. This would imply someone else is involved in the cover up but also implies somone else could have killed the child.

Watching and waiting on media reports..there is so much out there about this case..so many lies and stories..wondering what is the truth

There are questions about whether the videotape was really filmed in the area where Caylee’s remains were found or some other wooded area.
It seems the defense is trying to build a case for reasonable doubt, and this is their latest attempt.

In addition to what the others above wrote, she still had the searches of chloroform and how to strangle someone on her computer, human decomposition found in her trunk, and the fact that she had no intention of calling police when her daughter allegedly turned up “Missing”. Don’t forget about all the lies she told too! She may still very well go to jail on murder charges even if the defense has some video footage of a wooded area that may or may not be the correct time/place etc. It doesn’t prove that she didn’t kill her daughter, it can merely mean that someone is in on this helping her get rid of the body. I thinkk a jury will decide that she is guilty, no doubt.
And the grandparents of the tot are now asking for immunity… why? I suspect that Cindy is worried she will be brought up on charges for obstructing a federal investigation (due to the whole hair brush incident).
My personal opinion is that Casey murdered her daughter and Casey’s parents had no knowledge (as they were the ones to bring this whole thing to a head). When Casey was released from jail and spent time at home with her parents, I think, is when her parents probably started to realize their daughter was involved or even did it, which is why they “now” want to try to protect her. Its hard enough to lose their granddaughter, they are probably worried they are going to lose their daughter now too.

IF the tape is admissible into evidence, and IF it is compelling–there’s a long way to go.

I heard on Nancy Grace from Leanord Padia that this is not the exact spot, it is off , i think he said about 200 yards. And I am sure you all know, that dates can be changed on the video recorders, so I think it is a feeble attempt to rescue thier client.
